Last week, I went to work with my daddy. Yes,
just me. I had a wonderful time! It turned out that he was going to see Rock City to look at some gates he may be able to make for them, and so I got to go too! :) I was excited... but you can see that I was ill prepared. After they had taken us to look at what dad might be working on, they gave us a map and said we were happy to walk around. I had my big leather purse... and flip-flops! True, I had brought work shoes to wear at the shop, but they were left waaayyy back in the car. Oh well, I loved it anyway. :)

That day was so much fun. After walking around Rock City, we went to lunch, and then were off to the shop. I got to use some of the power tools! :)
I love being with daddy, and am so thankful we were able to spend all day together! We had many interesting conversations, and talked of all kinds of things. :) Thank you daddy-dear!
